The role: 

Foxhills is a family-owned, 4 star hotel and leisure membership club with over 5000 members in Ottershaw, Surrey.  In addition to 70 spacious hotel bedrooms, fantastic spaces for weddings and events, the club offers a wide range of leisure activities.  Two 18-hole golf courses, a par-3 nine-hole, three restaurants, an award-winning spa and gym and eleven tennis courts are offered. ‘The Pavilion’, a new £7m leisure facility with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, four activity spaces offering everything from art to Zumba classes, a deli-style restaurant and crèche make up our fantastic resort.

The role is for 40 hours per week working on a 5 days in 7 basis.

Our Ideal Applicant: 
  • Prior hotel Restaurant Manager experience at four-star standard
  • Passionate about delivering a consistent and exemplary guest experience
  • Able to resolve typical duty management issues 
  • Personable, approachable with a natural authority
  • Knowledge of wines and spirits or WSET qualified - preferable 
  • Personal licence holder - preferable 
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Experience of managing and developing team members
  • Excellent standards of spoken and written English
  • Smart personal presentation and polite manner

An opportunity to join the Food & Beverage team at four star Foxhills Club and Resort in Surrey as Restaurant Manager for the 80 cover Manor Restaurant, bar and lounge.
Overseeing a team of around 20 colleagues, you will ensure we deliver an excellent dining experience for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner services.  You will also work closely with the Banqueting Manager and Sales & Events team to increase sales and ensure private dining events are flawlessly executed and be a part of the duty management team for the resort. You will be supported by a set of supervisors and an assistant manager. You will be reporting to the F&B Manager of the resort.
