The role: 

Are you an enthusiastic Chef de Partie keen to join a professional, dedicated and friendly kitchen brigade with live-in opportunities in Surrey?  We are seeking a Chef de Partie with formal dining experience to be based mainly in the kitchen for the Fox dining rooms.
Foxhills is a family-owned, 4 star hotel and leisure membership club set in Ottershaw, Surrey.  In addition to 70 spacious hotel bedrooms, fantastic spaces for weddings and events, the club offers a wide range of leisure activities.  Two 18-hole golf courses, a par-3 nine-hole, three restaurants, an award-winning spa and gym and nine tennis courts are offered. ‘The Pavilion’, a new £7m leisure facility with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, four activity spaces offering everything from art to Zumba classes, a deli-style restaurant and crèche make up our fantastic resort.

The role is 48 hours per week on a 5 days in 7 basis with paid overtime.  Live-in accomodation on-site may be available if required.

Our Ideal Applicant: 
  • Consistent experience as a Demi or CDP in a fresh food environment
  • Prior experience in a quality kitchen is desirable
  • Professional Cookery Level 2 qualified
  • Level 2 Food Safety certificate (desirable)
  • Good standard of written and spoken English
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Be reliable, hard-working and passionate about food
