At Foxhills it is our mission that members and guests leave feeling better than when they arrived. In your role as Guest Relations Assistant you will help ensure we achieve this. You will meet and greet members and VIP guests to the resort and be the first port of call for any special requests.
This role involves being proactive and visible around the resort at peak times, taking opportunities to engage with guests and upsell our services along the way. You will need to have experience of carrying out duty management and be comfortable handling complaints - turning around tricky situations so that we ultimately deliver on our guest promise.
The role is full time for 40 hours per week on a 5 days out of 7 basis, including weekends and bank holidays. There will be a general preference for early shifts between 7am and 3.30pm.
Prior hotel customer service experience in a guest facing role i.e Reception
A friendly and welcoming personality
Comfortable with complaint handling
Experience of carrying out duty management shifts
Smart personal presentation and polite manner
Excellent standards of written and spoken English
